  • Do you ship to customers out of state?
    Yes, we offer shipping throughout the USA and abroad.
  • Do you print t-shirts?
    No. Although decorating garments is a well-known application for screen printing, it's not what we do. Since our founding over 60 years ago, Serviscreen has been focused on screen printing (and other decorating processes) for manufactured parts.
  • Can you paint / print over top of X?
    Steel (including Stainless Steel): YES Aluminum: YES Anodized Aluminum: YES Rusty Steel: NO Clean Dry Paint: YES Peeling Paint: NO Plastics: YES, with a few exceptions, such as PTFE. Polypropylene and polyethylene will almost always require surface treatment. Synthetic Rubber: It depends Powder Coat: YES (usually)
  • Do I need an appointment to stop by?
    No, but appointments are recommended just so we can be sure that the appropriate staff will be available to help you.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    We don't have minimum order quantities, but keep in mind that like most manufacturing processes, first-piece costs are much higher than incremental costs, because a machine needs to be set up. It's much more cost-effective to print parts in one batch rather than several.
  • Can you print college / team logos?
    Yes, as long as you can demonstrate that you have a royalty agreement (or other appropriate contract) in place.
  • What types of payment do you take?
    We are open to setting up terms with qualified businesses. We also accept all major credit cards.
  • What happens if my parts arrive at Serviscreen with defects?
    We do basic quality audits on incoming parts. If parts are deemed to have a significant problem or defect, we will consult with you to discuss possible solutions.
  • How long will it take to get my product?
    We typically ask for a 2-week turnaround; however, we understand the delays and difficulties in the manufacturing world. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Do you offer powder coating?
    Not at this time; however, our wet spray finishing services may be the perfect fit for your project. Click HERE or send us a message for more info.
  • Do you have samples of your finishes/coatings?
    Samples are sometimes available. If they are not, we can often show the quality and durability of our coatings processes with test plaques.
  • Can you design my art?
    Yes. We excel at laying out artwork to give our customers the best chance of success in our printing process. We are not an advertising or marketing firm but we do understand the importance of presentation and functionality. We can work with most design files and customize your product as needed.
  • Is there a cost for sampling?
    Yes. Prototyping has a wide range of costs based on the intricacies or simplicities of the project. Occasionally, there are times when a simple ink test or paint spray out can be done at no charge.
